Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges. Your role will involve helping participants with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and care to participants with varying needs and abilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help participants with meal preparation and household chores
  • Support participants with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Assist with transportation and accompaniment to appointments and activities
Requirements
  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
  • Skills: communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
