About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair of sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair equipment to ensure optimal system performance
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and operational product manuals
  • Exhibit effective customer service skills and communicate with district staff and customers to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Electronically complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain customer signatures
  • Participate in a scheduled On-call rotation and be willing to travel
Requirements
  • 5 years of documented experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs
  • Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions, such as climbing ladders and scaffolding
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer requirements
