Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Eden Senior Care, a leading Healthcare Management company.

About the Role: As a Concierge, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, directing them to the appropriate person or office.
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls, providing basic and accurate information.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.
  • Order front office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
