Job Title: Certified Nurse Aide

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Aide to join our team in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary:

The Certified Nurse Aide will provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents, in accordance with resident assessments and care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, feeding, dressing, and grooming.
  • Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with resident care policy and procedure.
  • Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
  • Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries.
  • Contribute knowledge of resident's conditions/needs to resident care plans.
  • Observe and report symptoms, reactions, and changes of conditions to the Charge Nurse.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must hold a valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license.
  • Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
