Perinatal Medicine Division Lead Position in Northeast Ohio

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced leader to serve as the Division Director of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at our growing academic children's hospital. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of maternal-fetal medicine in Northeast Ohio.
Practice Setting:
- This is a full-time, employed position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
- You will collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Our state-of-the-art facilities include modern clinics and resources, including a Level III NICU, which sees approximately 5000 deliveries per year.
Schedule:
- The schedule is Monday to Friday, with shared call rotation to ensure continuity of care.
- Budgeted administrative responsibilities include 0.2 FTE dedicated to leadership and strategic planning.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The competitive salary is based on experience, with additional incentives available.
- A $20,000 annual Division Director stipend is included in the compensation package.
- The potential value-based incentive is $15,000 annually.
- The generous benefits package includes:
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Retirement plans and Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
- Malpractice insurance, PTO, CME time, and a $7,000 allowance
Qualifications:
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology with subspecialty certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine is required.
- An academic rank of Associate Professor or higher is preferred.
