Leading Pediatrician Opportunity in Northeast Ohio

Akron Children's Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate pediatrician to join our esteemed team at Akron Children's Pediatrics Fairlawn. As a valued member of our community, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families in northeast Ohio.
This outpatient opportunity offers a dynamic work environment with after-hours call and Saturday office hours shared among providers from surrounding offices. Our excellent after-hours nurse triage phone line handles over 90% of calls, ensuring that physicians only receive screened calls. You will also have the chance to cover the well newborn nursery at Cleveland Clinic Akron General and round a week at a time approximately once every 10-12 weeks.
This position is a 501(c)(3) site, qualifying for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through the Federal government. We are committed to supporting our physicians' financial well-being and offer various benefits, including attractive guaranteed base salary, starting bonus, quality and productivity bonuses, generous monthly residency stipend, attractive retention bonus, comprehensive benefits package, occurrence-based malpractice, relocation assistance, generous vacation and CME time/money, and student loan repayment strategies.
