Job Title: Installation Supervisor - Environmental Rooms

We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor to join our team at Environmental Specialties, a leading provider of controlled environmental chambers and ultra-low freezers. As an Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of our products across the country, working closely with project managers and construction personnel to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform site evaluations to assess constructability and logistics of projects
  • Work with project managers to develop field installation schedules and personnel plans
  • Train employees to meet company methods and standards
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees as needed
  • Ensure onsite quality of construction and work with all departments to streamline installation processes
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience supervising commercial construction projects
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial refrigeration construction, including fitting and brazing copper pipe
  • 5+ years of general commercial construction experience
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Experience with installation of environmental chambers or similar commercial refrigeration installations preferred
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Mechanical piping experience preferred
  • Universal EPA certification preferred, but not required
  • Universal Refrigeration certification preferred, but not required
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred, or open to be trained
