Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Weekday Evening Counselor to join our team. As a Counselor, you will work closely with our Supervisor and Service Coordinator to deliver direct services to our clients, including teaching life skills, providing counseling, and supporting daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care services to clients, including teaching life skills and providing counseling.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor the site, coordinate activities, and ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide rehabilitative support services, including daily living skills, health services, and medication management.
  • Assist with transportation and perform unit inspections.
  • Attend weekly supervision and staff meetings.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in a similar role. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
