Canine Coach

The Canine Coach - Shift Leader is responsible for leading our dog daycare team and ensuring the safety and well-being of our furry friends. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for dogs.

• Lead the dog daycare team and ensure the smooth operation of our facility
• Develop and implement effective daily room schedules to ensure the best possible experience for our dogs
• Conduct meet and greets with new dogs to evaluate their behavior and ensure proper playroom placement
• Prepare lunches, feedings, and medications for our canine guests
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all daycare processes and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with pet parents
• Supervise playrooms and educate dogs on positive reinforcement techniques
• Participate in stimulating activities and games with our canine friends

• 18 years old or older
• Experience with dog behavior and handling
• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
