Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor to join our team at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our imaging services, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement new imaging technologies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive protocols and guidelines for imaging procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Supervise and train imaging staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Monitor and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized diagnostic radiologic technology program.
  • Current certification in radiologic technology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in diagnostic imaging.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
