Pinnacle Rehab and Health Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.


Job Summary:


We are looking for a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support our team in delivering exceptional healthcare services.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide nursing care to patients as assigned, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Prepare for and assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
  • Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families, promoting health education and empowerment.
  • Participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of the unit as assigned, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • A current RN license and relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
