Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality post-acute care to residents
- Monitor the physical and mental wellbeing of residents and track their vital signs
- Perform intakes of residents and document their health concerns and medical histories
- Review medical records and charts of residents
- Administer medications and verify their accuracy
- Maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies
- Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for residents
- Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
- Be accountable for following and adhering to care plans for residents
- Help medical staff with orientation and training
- Current Delaware state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- High school diploma (or GED/equivalent)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Competitive hourly pay range: $40-$50 (25% higher than average)
