Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Martha Manor Home, a residential care facility in Steubenville, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a respectful and non-judgmental manner.
  • Collect and accurately report patient data, including observations of patient status.
  • Provide effective education to patients and/or family members on common disease processes, medications, and treatment regimes.
  • Communicate changes in patient condition to nursing supervisors or administrators.
  • Organize and prioritize routine and non-routine nursing care activities.
  • Accurately document and retrieve patient/clinical information.
  • Adhere to standards of practice and safe technique in preparation and administration of medicine.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure.
  • Ability to work flexible scheduling, including all shifts.
  • Physical from Primary Care Physician.
  • Updated TB and other vaccinations as required.
  • Fingerprint/Background check.
