Compensation: $28/HR
As a Commercial Jobsite Project Tech, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service in a safe, professional, and conscientious manner, aiming to surpass client expectations. You will also engage in a professional development plan to achieve personal objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute assigned project tasks on commercial HVAC systems according to the defined scope of work.
- Collaborate effectively with the Project Team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Regularly update the Project Supervisor on project status and requirements.
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and maintain superior work standards.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment, adhering to PPE protocols.
- Keep the company vehicle well-stocked and clean.
- Manage and maintain company-issued tools and equipment.
- Accurately complete timecards and document service activities.
- Communicate arrival and departure times to clients while on-site.
- Maintain consistent communication with the project team, Project Dispatcher, and Project Supervisor.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC.
- Valid tech registration with TDLR.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Proficient in basic troubleshooting and system analysis.
- Possess basic hand tools, including gauges, meters, screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and smartphone applications.
- Ability to work independently while supporting team dynamics.
- Strong commitment to the company’s vision and customer service.
- Willingness to pursue training and expand industry knowledge.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
- Capability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment, tools, and parts exceeding 50 lbs.
- Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and at elevated heights.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces.
- Adaptability to extreme temperature conditions.
