Your Role
The Guild is assembling a team of Guest Services Specialists in Dallas, dedicated to crafting exceptional experiences that astonish and satisfy our visitors. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, our ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about local attractions and activities, ensuring guests receive the best recommendations for unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guests with outstanding experiences by offering tailored suggestions that align with their interests and accommodating special requests whenever feasible.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay, working collaboratively with The Guild team to address any issues that may arise.
- Enhance The Guild's reputation as a distinguished boutique hotel by embodying the brand's values and delivering top-tier hospitality.
Qualifications
- Local Knowledge: Stay informed about Dallas events, build relationships with local businesses, and leverage your expertise to recommend unique experiences that create lasting memories for our guests.
- Active Listening: Skillfully transform small details or casual remarks into memorable experiences for visitors.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Recognize that travel can be challenging and anticipate needs to prevent issues before they arise, turning potential frustrations into cherished memories.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
