About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conventional Loan Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our mortgage processing team, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of loan documents, communicating with internal stakeholders and external customers, and ensuring compliance with Company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the flow of loan documents, including ordering and reviewing third-party documentation
* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers, including loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers
* Identify potential issues and escalate to management as necessary
* Stay current with federal, state regulations, policies, and industry trends
* Verify compliance with Company standards, federal and agency regulations, standards, and guidelines, as well as any applicable state-specific and/or local regulations, ordinances, etc.

* A competitive salary of $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements:
* Total recent work experience includes two or more years' experience in a related field, preferably in mortgage processing or banking
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
* Fluency in English (Spanish fluency is a plus)
* Detailed knowledge of mortgage lending internal processes and control, as well as federal, state, and regulatory requirements/guidelines related to consumer mortgage lending
