Job Description

As a key member of the Software Development and Delivery group at LanceSoft, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, deployment, and validation of industrial software and automation in a multi-product environment.


You will work closely with an international and multicultural team to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.


Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as an automation engineer in a biopharmaceutical environment
  • Significant hands-on experience with CODESYS programming, Wonderware/Aveva SCADA & PLC development
  • Solid knowledge and experience with communication protocols and data exchanges, ideally with OPC UA
  • Knowledge of professional best practices for software development, including code standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, unit and functional testing, and operations

Questions for Candidates
  • Have you already participated in the integration of a software dedicated to hardware?
  • Have you written code for both PLC and HMI?
  • Do you know what an API is and what it's used for?
  • Have you worked in a R&D team with more than 5 persons, including testers and developers?

We are looking for a candidate who is able to learn quickly, understand abstract concepts, and translate them into code to deliver high-quality results.
