The Position:
You will be directly accountable for the cleaning, sanitizing, and upkeep of all designated areas, following established practices and procedures in accordance with company and client quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct monitoring and inspections of assigned work areas while performing tasks and upon completion to ensure all work aligns with site-specific procedures, scope of work, and Servicon standards.
Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles, as well as transport waste paper and trash to designated disposal areas.
Hand dust and wipe clean all office furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, paneling, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and all other horizontal surfaces.
Damp-mop or clean any spills in offices, stairwells, and public areas as necessary.
Maintain the janitor's closet in a clean, organized, and orderly condition.
Sweep or dust mop hard floor surfaces.
Perform other tasks and responsibilities as identified or assigned as needed.
Qualifications for Success:
1+ years of custodial experience is preferred.
1+ years of experience in floor care and carpet cleaning is advantageous.
Prior experience in cleaning healthcare facilities is desirable.
Fluency in the English language is required.
Covid-19 vaccination requirements may vary by client site.
