Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians to complete service requests and maintenance projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshoot and repair common apartment service requests, including HVAC and pool repair.
  • Schedule and complete large community maintenance projects, such as painting and caulking.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and ensure that all work is completed within budget.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure that all properties are well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as leasing and customer service, to ensure that all residents are satisfied with the maintenance services provided.
Requirements:
  • HVAC/EPA certification required.
  • CPO License (Certified Pool Operator) preferred.
  • Dependable transportation to and from work.
  • Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability.
  • Ability to manage a team and lead by example.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.
  • Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and customers.
