Medical Assistant Opportunity at Any Lab Test Now

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Assistant to join our team at Any Lab Test Now. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and prepare laboratory specimens and tests with basic clinical knowledge
  • Update and file patient medical records
  • Provide patient interaction and show empathy when needed
  • Answer phones and greet patients
  • Sell our products and services
  • Collect and process payments
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as updating records and ordering supplies
Requirements:
  • Four years of recent experience in drawing blood and giving injections
  • Skilled in patient interaction and ability to show empathy when needed
  • Knowledge of common blood tests
  • Ability to easily multi-task in a fast-paced medical retail environment
  • Computer skills, including MS Word and Email
  • Organizational skills, including tracking inventory and keeping records
  • Dependable and reliable
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Quest or Lab Corp
  • Experience doing drug screens
  • Sales or customer service experience
