We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team at New England Life Care, a rapidly growing home infusion therapy services company in the region. The ideal candidate will have experience in IV administration, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.

The successful applicant will oversee the day-to-day pharmacy operations, provide leadership to the pharmacy staff, and work in conjunction with the Director of Pharmacy to implement change and ensure adherence to processes. This role involves direct oversight of Clinical Pharmacists and collaboration with the Technician Manager/Supervisor and Operations Manager.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, a generous employer-matched 403(b) savings program, company-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, paid time off, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure departmental compliance with all NELC policies and procedures, federal, state, and Joint Commission regulations/standards.
  • Provide timely, constructive feedback and coaching to clinical pharmacy staff as needed.
  • Guarantee that all pharmacy services are provided in a professional, safe, and cost-effective manner ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide appropriate guidance and supervision of pharmacy staff in the delivery of patient care.
  • Collaborate effectively with clinical team members in the evaluation of the appropriateness of therapy for patients referred to NELC.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in intravenous admixing, preferably in a hospital or homecare setting.
  • Registered Pharmacist, in good standing, with a valid license.
