Job Description:
We seek a talented Database Developer to join our Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise (NRRE) team. As a key member, you will contribute significantly to our team's success. Your responsibilities will include leading database development tasks, mentoring colleagues, and developing software solutions using current technology skills. You will be responsible for daily development activities, such as analyzing requirements, designing software, writing unit tests, and participating in code reviews.
Responsibilities:
Manage tasking, participate in team meetings, and assess database development needsDevelop database project structures, manage configuration, source code, and documentationMaintain database structures to support Web Software application data retention, including testing, installation, and modificationRequirements:
You must have 4 years of experience with strong understanding of databases, including database design principles and experience interfacing with or designing databases (knowing MS SQL Server), stored procedures, and T-SQL scripting. Experience with Visual Studio, C# Microsoft ASP.NET frameworks, and component frameworks like ReactJs, VueJs, and Angular is essential. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills within a multi-disciplinary team are required. Knowledge of agile environments and technical vision with Tech Leads, Solution Architects, and team developers is necessary. A strong ability to communicate ideas and design benefits/drawbacks to technical and non-technical audiences is crucial.
Security Clearance:
An active Secret security clearance is required.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
Work Schedule:
The position requires an onsite/hybrid schedule.
Compensation:
