Job Overview

14er is seeking a skilled Cannabis Production Specialist to join our Post Production Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the harvesting, trimming, and packaging of our high-quality cannabis products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Harvesting: Chop, broadleaf, and prepare cannabis flower for processing.
  • Trimming: Derack, destem, sort, manicure, and weigh cannabis flower to ensure optimal quality.
  • Packaging: Weigh, lid, label, and pack boxes with product for delivery.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform various cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • A valid MED badge and residency in Colorado.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • The ability to complete repetitive tasks autonomously.
Physical Demands
  • Occasional pushing, pulling, and/or lifting of objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Work requires spatial perception and finger and manual dexterity.
  • Normal physical activity can be strenuous and may involve prolonged standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, and crouching.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $17.00 per hour.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered after 60 days.
  • PTO accrual on the 61st day of employment, with accrual max 80 hours a year plus 8 hours of PTO hours added to employee balance annually on employee's start date.
  • Employee Discounts on the first day of employment.
