We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Curam Developer to join our team at Tech9. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Curam solutions based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Collaborate with business analysts and clients to gather and analyze requirements, and design and develop Curam solutions that meet their needs.
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and ensure the highest quality of our Curam applications.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, and provide technical guidance and support to junior developers.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools, and participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Curam development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and object-oriented programming, strong understanding of SQL and database management systems, and experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification: Certification in Curam development.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Integration Technologies: Knowledge of web services and integration technologies.
