Clinical Care Coordinator

Randolph Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care services, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to a positive patient experience.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on the medical/surgical unit
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
* Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
**Requirements:**
* Current RN license in North Carolina
* Minimum 1-year experience in a medical/surgical setting
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
**Estimated Salary:** $50,000 - $70,000 per year
