Job Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse with IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to work in post-acute residences, providing high-quality care to patients in need. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering nursing care and medications
  • Documenting patient medical history and health concerns
  • Verifying and monitoring medications
  • Checking vital signs and monitoring physical and mental conditions
  • Providing comfort and safety to patients
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A current Rhode Island state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
