Cleveland Clinic International Project Physician Opportunity

The Department of Pulmonary Medicine at Cleveland Clinic is seeking a board-certified/eligible Pulmonary Medicine Physician to join our international project in the Middle East. As a member of our team, you will work in a collaborative environment with embedded Physical Therapists, Emergency Physicians, Nurses, and International Logistics Officers.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills.
  • Achieve timely and accurate completion of required documentation pertaining to patient records.
  • Educate and communicate with patients, their families/caregivers, and staff to coordinate care.
  • Provide support to all activities associated with meeting regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
  • Develop collaborative relationships across the continuum of care.
  • Participate in academic programs as requested.
  • Work in an international location providing outstanding preventative, acute, and chronic disease care for adults in a patient-focused environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathic medicine.
  • Licensure as an M.D. or D.O.
  • Board eligibility/certification in medical specialty.
  • Prepared to be available at all hours based on patient/staffing need.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate actions within the confines of the medical staff code of conduct.
