About the Job

As a Server at Kizuki Ramen, you'll be responsible for responding to guest inquiries, answering questions about our menu, and ensuring that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and happy. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless delivery of orders, and managing cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless delivery of orders
  • Upsell and promote additional items, such as drinks and desserts
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid food handler's permit and alcohol serving license (preferred)
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • 18+ years of age
