Housekeeping Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Kampgrounds Enterprises, Inc. in beautiful Northern Arizona. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a clean and comfortable stay.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring they receive a high level of service consistent with our customer service philosophy.
  • Communicate effectively with all staff and management using Microsoft Teams.
  • Enforce campground policies and implement solutions consistent with the goals of the park.
  • Proactively manage guest interactions to ensure a positive environment for all guests.
  • Coordinate with Guest Service staff for guest arrivals and problem resolution.
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise.
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of restroom facilities and janitorial duties on all buildings at the campground.
  • Clean and prepare deluxe cabins, standard cabins, teepees, and deluxe tents, including linens for guest arrivals.
  • Complete various duties as assigned by the manager, which may include light janitorial duties, assisting other departments, and overall support in daily performance of the campground.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Able to work with others and work independently.
  • Professional appearance and attitude towards guests and fellow team members.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and patiently.
  • Ability to be on your feet during shift and lift at least 30 lbs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to actively communicate both verbally and written.
  • Ability to work at high altitude - 7000ft.
