Position SummaryOur client is in search of a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Residential Aide to provide essential support in a group home environment.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate learning and development for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Design and implement activities that encourage personal growth and achievement.
- Deliver care and services in a supportive and nurturing atmosphere.
- Assist with medication management and daily nutritional needs.
- Provide transportation and supervision for individuals to and from various programs.

- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
