Job Description

As a Medical Assistance Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our clients who have encountered medical situations while traveling. This may involve locating doctors or facilities for treatment, assisting with prescription replacements, or coordinating complex medical evacuations. You will work closely with our global team of medical professionals to ensure medical appropriateness for treatment and return home.

Key Qualifications
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Previous telephone experience
  • Ability to solve complex problems within established protocols
  • Solid critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks
  • Professionalism in responding to high-end clientele
  • International travel experience and geography knowledge
  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • Foreign language capabilities
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
