Aspirus Tivoli Community in Portage, WI is seeking a Resident Assistant to carry out an activity program under the direction of the Activities Coordinator or Housing Manager.

The Resident Assistant is responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, and implementing a program of activities designed to meet the social, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, educational, and physical needs and interests of clients in accordance with the comprehensive client care plan.

Musical talent and creative ability are desired. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to assume responsibility in carrying out an activity program, be flexible enough to change plans when the situation warrants, and be capable of enthusiasm and willingness to learn new ideas and skills.

The Resident Assistant will also be responsible for treating client information as confidential and establishing and maintaining a working relationship with other staff persons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing a program of activities for clients
  • Carry out an activity program under the direction of the Activities Coordinator or Housing Manager
