We require an experienced Home Appliance Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Lula. As a member of our property care services team, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of rental properties across the Phoenix Metro area. Your primary duties will include diagnosing and repairing appliances, managing your time effectively, and communicating with our team to ensure seamless service delivery.

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of residential appliance repair and maintenance principles. You will need to be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think critically in high-pressure situations.

Compensation: $28-$40 per hour (based on experience)
