Manual QA Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Manual QA Engineer to join their team. As a Manual QA Engineer, you will be responsible for manual testing of iOS applications, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing. You will also develop and maintain test cases and plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, document, and report bugs and issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes.
  • Coordinate with the development team to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
  • Validate API responses, data integrity, and error handling.
  • Document API test results and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Day-to-Day:

As a Manual QA Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and report on progress. You will use Postman to perform API testing, creating and executing test cases for RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, self-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and can work well independently or with others.
