Prior Authorization Pharmacist

At Pharmacy Careers, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through our team of experienced pharmacists. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Prior Authorization Pharmacist to join our telepharmacy team as a Telepharmacy Expert.
As a Telepharmacy Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support to healthcare providers and payers on complex prior authorization cases. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Requirements:
- PharmD degree from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in prior authorization or a related field
- State pharmacy license in good standing (remote work eligibility)
- Clinical pharmacy experience with a focus on therapeutic knowledge
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for remote interactions
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience.
