Job Summary

This position plays a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents at The Manor at Seneca Hill. As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will assist and encourage residents in their daily activities, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. You will work under the supervision of licensed personnel to provide comprehensive resident care, reporting any deviations in resident status to the appropriate team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and treatment to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Assist residents with meals and meal care, monitoring and recording resident intake
  • Provide mobility assistance to residents, including transporting, positioning, and lifting
  • Perform vital signs, ROM, and post-mortem care, as needed
  • Clean and maintain resident rooms, nursing equipment, and nursing units
  • Observe and report changes in resident physical condition, attitude, reaction, appetite, and behaviors
Requirements
  • Current registration in New York State as a Certified Nurses Aide
  • High school graduate preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
