Overview:
Our global Operations network ensures the timely delivery of millions of packages to customers every day. We are seeking dedicated, customer-oriented professionals for the role of Operations Manager. In this position, you will oversee and cultivate a team of both salaried and hourly employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and inspire your team throughout their shifts to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, attendance, and performance.
- Equip your team with the necessary tools for success while enhancing productivity and efficiency through data-driven insights and analytical problem-solving.
- Play a pivotal role in meeting customer expectations by ensuring orders are delivered punctually and accurately.
- Understand the three essential components of our Operations workflow: First mile (product storage and readiness), Middle mile (transportation to your area), and Last mile (delivery to the customer’s doorstep).

Additional Responsibilities:
- Mentor and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
- Lead large-scale projects with site and regional significance.
- Develop and implement productivity plans through forecast assessments and collaboration with other leaders.
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery commitments.
- Collaborate with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to achieve business objectives.
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 49 pounds, standing or walking for up to 12 hours, and working in variable noise and temperature environments.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee and performance management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, or 2+ years of experience with Amazon (blue badge/FTE).
- Flexibility to work various schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean methodologies.
