- Provide technical support to end-users, both internal and external
- Utilize management and monitoring tools to facilitate troubleshooting and implementation processes
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot security infrastructure
- Lead customer calls and projects with minimal supervision
- Support system security design and architecture decisions
- Contribute to documentation and participate in internal knowledge sharing sessions
- Provide excellent written communication, including reports and incident reports
- Mentor junior and associate team members
- 1+ years of professional experience with Enterprise Network environments
- Thorough understanding of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and best practices
- Industry certifications (combination of at least two of the following, Network+, Security+, CCNA, or similar)
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to take part in potential 24x7 on-call rotation
- Experience using network management and monitoring tools
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS (specifically security tools)
- Familiarity with IAM, including Active Directory, MFA, and other associated technologies
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
