Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to security incidents and requests from multiple ticketing systems
  • Provide technical support to end-users, both internal and external
  • Utilize management and monitoring tools to facilitate troubleshooting and implementation processes
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot security infrastructure
  • Lead customer calls and projects with minimal supervision
  • Support system security design and architecture decisions
  • Contribute to documentation and participate in internal knowledge sharing sessions
  • Provide excellent written communication, including reports and incident reports
  • Mentor junior and associate team members
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of professional experience with Enterprise Network environments
  • Thorough understanding of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and best practices
  • Industry certifications (combination of at least two of the following, Network+, Security+, CCNA, or similar)
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to take part in potential 24x7 on-call rotation
  • Experience using network management and monitoring tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS (specifically security tools)
  • Familiarity with IAM, including Active Directory, MFA, and other associated technologies
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
