Job Overview

Position: Packaging Technician - Day Shift

Location: Muscatine, IA

Salary: $18.75 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $500 after 60 days, plus an additional $1,000 after six months of employment.

Work Schedule: 5AM - 3:30PM, Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and package products in accordance with company standards and specifications.
  • Operate various packaging machinery and equipment efficiently.
  • Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:

Applicants should possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an industrial setting.
  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge for operating machinery.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools effectively.
  • Experience with forklift operation is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
