Tele Sitter Observer

The Tele Sitter Observer provides continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients, ensuring their safety and well-being. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

• Provide continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients
• Verbally redirect patients from engaging in at-risk behaviors
• Summon nursing staff if patients require assistance
• Maintain visual observation at all times
• Participate in hand-off information and behavior about assigned patients
• Provide patients with explanations as necessary
• Seek help or advice when patients appear to pose a threat to themselves or others

• High School Diploma required
• Previous direct patient care experience required
• Basic Life Support certification required
