- Confidentiality and Record-Keeping: Maintain confidentiality and accurately document patient interactions and progress.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers, social workers, and other support staff, to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education and Experience: Master's degree in counseling or a related field, with a valid LPC or LCSW license. Two or more years of experience in outpatient community health center counseling/therapy is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electronic health records, with experience in EPIC a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential.
This position is located in Chapel Hill and requires occasional travel to our Tyler site. The work environment is quiet, with a focus on providing a comfortable and supportive space for patients and staff.
