About the Opportunity:
The Medicus Firm is seeking a skilled hospitalist to join our thriving private practice in Dayton, OH. As the sole hospitalist group for a 115-bed hospital, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.
Flexible Schedule Options:
- Choose from a Monday-Friday schedule with 12 weeks of paid time off per year or a standard hospitalist schedule of seven days on/seven days off.
- Average census of 15 patients per day ensures a manageable workload and opportunities for professional growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $275,000 base compensation + $20,000 annual retention bonus + $20,000 signing bonus.
- Optional night call paid at $300/night.
- Partnership option after 2-3 years, with the ability to own shares in the practice, real estate, and other investments.
