POSITION SUMMARY

Join our dedicated team to provide high-quality, comprehensive primary healthcare services to both inpatient and outpatient populations. As a Primary Care Physician, you will work closely with the Medical Director to ensure the delivery of outstanding medical care. Familiarity with the Center's mission, objectives, and adherence to all relevant policies and regulations is crucial.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct thorough health assessments and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with state laws and professional standards.
  • Maintain precise patient health records in compliance with established protocols.
  • Ensure continuity of care by providing timely medical services within the Center's capabilities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication methods.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures as needed.
  • Facilitate patient referrals for specialized services not available at the Center.
  • Review and respond to incoming reports promptly.
  • Adhere to departmental and Medical Center guidelines, including quality improvement and safety standards.
  • Participate in health promotion and educational initiatives, such as community health fairs.
  • Contribute to the development and revision of medical protocols as necessary.
  • Engage in external medical outreach activities.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to students, clinical support staff, and mid-level practitioners.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Medical Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Medical degree and a valid license to practice medicine.
  • Board certification in Primary Care.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and managing a variety of medical conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of patient care and safety.
