Dozer Operator

Hubbard Construction is seeking a skilled Dozer Operator to join our team. As a Dozer Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment, including dozers, to move soil, rocks, and debris.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate dozers in a safe and appropriate manner
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment
• Understand, interpret, and follow directions from foremen and other supervisors
• Use dozers to level soil, move rock and debris, and scoop soil

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience as a Dozer Operator
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Ability to understand work directions and communicate effectively with visitors, job site supervisors, and fellow employees

Work Environment:

The work environment is outdoors in all weather conditions, with exposure to high levels of noise, grease, and dust. The employee will regularly work near heavy equipment and moving machinery.
