Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Traveling Cardiovascular Operating Room RN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular operating room nursing and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of intra-operative cardiac patients.
- Assist surgeons in operative procedures with patients.
- Maintain and review patients' records, including posting tests and examination results.
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
- Circulate and scrub as needed.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities.
- One 12-hour call every other weekend.
