  4. Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation, presentation, and safety procedures.
  5. Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to company standards and health codes.
  6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  7. Cost Control: Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other kitchen expenses to meet company targets.
  8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, health codes, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role, with a degree in culinary arts or a related field.
  2. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent culinary skills, knowledge of food safety and sanitation, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  3. Physical Demands: The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, using hands and fingers, communicating verbally, and hearing. The ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds is also required.
