- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities
">- Deliver compassionate and individualized care to patients of all ages and acuity levels in the PICU.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history, medications, and treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric critical care.
Requirements
">- CA License
- BLS and PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in Pediatric ICU (PICU, CTICU, CRITICAL CARE FLOAT POOL)
- Experience with ventilators, trachs, multiple monitoring skills, specifically CVP and EKG
- Able to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends
Compensation
">The estimated salary for this role is $110-$140 per hour based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week. This includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
