Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Vent Unit Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical activities of our healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for our residents and ensuring their maximum security and comfort needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the clinical activities of LPNs and CNAs
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and services
Requirements
  • New York State Registered Professional Nurse licensure
  • Experience in long-term care facility preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret patient information and make critical decisions
  • Physical endurance for frequent activity
