Job Title: RN Supervisor NIGHTS

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Montgomery Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff on the night shift and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on the night shift
  • Ensure that residents receive timely and effective care
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the nursing staff
  • Develop and implement plans to improve the quality of care
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
  • Current and good standing RN License in State of New York
  • Experience with geriatric/short term rehab/Alzheimer's patients is desirable
  • Progressive nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred
  • Dedicated to providing extraordinary, quality, compassionate care to each resident
  • Genuinely interested in helping ill, injured, disabled, and elderly
  • Have patience and willingness to assist any residents and co-workers
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organization skills
  • Able to work well under pressure, flexible, and will work harmoniously with all staff
