About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Nurse to join our team at Rosecrance. As a key member of our crisis residential unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with substance use disorder and mental health issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care and support to patients in our crisis residential unit
  • Assume triage nursing case management responsibilities for designated patients
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of nursing activities for assigned patients, including admission, treatment planning, and ongoing case management
  • Provide supportive counseling services to patients and their families
  • Participate in health education and provide lectures to patients, staff, and the general public as requested
  • Administer medications as appropriate and ensure patient safety
  • Document patient service records and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Current Illinois RN or LPN license
  • Adequate written skills to accurately complete required documentation
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 3 months
